Illustration Price List
Illustrator Personal Commission Terms
By commissioning you agree to all the terms of service.
**1. Service Overview**
1.1 The illustrator will create illustrative artworks based on your specifications, including designated themes, styles, and content.
**2. Authorization and Usage**
2.1 You will be granted non-exclusive commercial usage rights to the artwork, allowing you to use the artwork in your projects, while the illustrator retains ownership and display rights. If you wish to buy the exclusive rights, a total of 1.5 times the price will be required.
**3. Confirmation of Art Style and Content**
3.1 Before commencing work officially, both parties will clearly confirm the art style, content, and specific details. Once confirmed, significant changes will not be allowed at later stages.
**4. Pricing and Payment**
4.1 The price of the artwork will be determined after confirming the art style and content.
4.2 To initiate the project, a 50% deposit of the total price is required. Once the deposit is paid, the illustrator will commence the creative process.
4.3 Upon completion of the artwork, the remaining 50% payment is due. The illustrator will then provide the final high-resolution artwork files.
4.4 Due to a tight schedule, if you wish to receive the artwork within a week, the price will be doubled.
**5. Deadline**
5.1 Due to the illustrator’s tight schedule, it is recommended to consult and commission at least a month in advance to secure an ideal deadline. The deadline should be determined initially and may not be unilaterally changed by the illustrator without exceptional circumstances. However, if significant modifications are requested midway, an extension to the deadline may be considered.
**6. Cancellation and Refund**
6.1 If the project is canceled after confirmation of art style and content, the deposit will not be refunded, and any completed portion of the rights will be reclaimed.
**7. Revisions**
7.1 After the illustrator submits the initial draft, you will have three revision opportunities. Additional revisions will incur extra charges based on the extent of modifications. Major changes will not be accepted for the final draft.
